May 1988 to present: Principal, Rana Enterprises real estate, responsible for “hands on” commercial and “luxury homes” real estate Property Management and control the day-to-day asset management. Coordinate and oversee routine remodeling, repairs and tenant improvements, daily communication with tenants and vendors. Rent payment, and rent collection Coordinate/Supervise all vendors and maintenance personal, review and approve billing and adjustments. Enjoying all facets of operations with extensive knowledge in managing and acquiring retail and mix-use shopping centers along with mentoring, training and managing all team members, overseeing CAM reconciliation’s, review and analyze legal documents and related material of transactions, computerized file maintenance and reports, extensive knowledge of process enhancements, business initiatives, event marketing, construction supervision, developing pro forma financial on both pre-tax and after tax requirements, knowledge and understanding of complex transactions and ability to speak to underwriting with strong relationships in the financing industry. I posses impeccable interpersonal leadership skills and confidence along with an analytical and independent thought process, providing strategy for a good tenant mix, a keen vision for acquisitions, coordinating with brokerage and leasing personnel with strong attention to transaction completions in an organized work style.

Founder, president of American-T-Shirts Inc 1982, built a brand identity for big and tall sizes along with the sizzle of “Made in the USA” and dominated that end of the market establishing over 60 thousand small business accounts, the company is still in business and have had buyout interests expressed by Office depot.
Founder of Life Raft services Inc, 1980 and establishing it as a unique manufacturer and supplier to major ship building companies. The company is still in business and was bought by Mitsubishi electric.
Education: Master’s degree in International relations, and feel more comfortable in dealing within the commercial real estate, acquisitions, dispositions, managing retail and industrial centers and enjoy it thoroughly. To me a fuller expression and expansion of our team’s adventure is a purpose to reward my inner being.
I have been an entrepreneur since 1980, starting and building successful companies that remain in business, and in the process have established great contacts in the real estate and finance industry as well as the affluent Asian community, I also affiliate with the international rotary club.
