I own two commercial properties , one is a 76,000 sq ft industrial/office/retail leased out to 23+smaller tenants and a 46,000 sq ft retail center with three national credit tenants along with local tenants. The 46,000 sq ft center also had two pad sites which can be sold seperately.I would also be interested in exploring any trade opportunites with properties in CA or any running business in CA.
